July 16, 1981 - November 9, 2020
From God through You came the gift of life - You are survived by your Sweet Daughter, Sarena Marie and your Son, Jason William; your Mother, Sally Urbaniak and her Husband, Frank Urbaniak; your Father Mike Hallums; your Brother, Rick; your Sisters, Nicole, Danielle, and Cindy; your Aunts and Uncles and your Nephews, Nieces and cousins. In addition, your very special friend Dan, and your Recovery Coach, Andrea - whom in your own words, "God Thank You For Bringing Her In My Life", you were so grateful for!
Jason Carl Hallums You Are Free! Free from the addiction that held you captive for so many years! No more pain, No more chains, No more my baby boy,
You Are Free! I miss you so-so much! I Love You to infinity and the cross, and back again!
In sobriety Jason was gentle and kind! He was a brilliant mechanic and he was funny and loving! He enjoyed music and dancing. Although, sobriety was not the biggest part of his life - when he was sober his heart for others and to do the right things was absolutely enormous! Jason was, is, and always will be loved beyond any measurable source! He will Always Be - Always Be in our memories! We Will Remember The Best Of Who He Was!
I was, and Always Will Be your biggest cheerleader and the one who Believed You Could...Even when you didn't believe in yourself and you were not so sure. You Will Be In Every Snowfall - Every Raindrop - Every Piece of Candy, :-) - and Every Good and Wonderful Thing, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I CHOOSE TO REMEMBER! Apart from that, All the Rest Is In The Past! It will not dictate the present nor the future! You were and are so very loved! You are with Jesus, I believe that with all my heart and soul! I will never forget how you prayed for your friend at NA who lost her son to drugs, and the kindness you showed those in need. I love you forever and ever my Son, My Very Special Son! Dance with Jesus, Play with your brothers-(sister?), your nephew and your loving Grandmothers.
Learn what true love is all about - God's Agape Love, and I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN!
MAY YOU REJOICE WITH JESUS IN THE WONDERMENT OF HIS LOVE FOR YOU!
